意大利MADAS馬達(dá)斯燃?xì)膺^濾器保養(yǎng)和維護(hù)方法
1. 日常維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)
1)經(jīng)常保持設(shè)各表面清潔。
2)設(shè)備停車時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)按規(guī)定對(duì)快開盲板 (法蘭蓋)的各個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑,開閉部位的絲杠,應(yīng)涂潤(rùn)滑油脂. 其它部位也盡量涂潤(rùn)滑油脂. 對(duì)于無法涂潤(rùn)滑油脂的部位,可注 10#或20#機(jī)油。
2. 運(yùn)行時(shí)的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)
1)建議由操作者負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備平時(shí)的維護(hù)保養(yǎng).
2)經(jīng)常保持設(shè)備表面清潔。
3)隨時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)差壓計(jì)讀數(shù),當(dāng)使用壓差達(dá)到0.O2Mpa時(shí),應(yīng)沖洗濾芯。
3. 檢驗(yàn)周期
1)本設(shè)備的定期檢驗(yàn)必須嚴(yán)格按照"容規(guī)"第六章的有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
2)每年至少對(duì)本設(shè)備進(jìn)行一次全面檢驗(yàn)、設(shè)備壁厚的測(cè)雖,每?jī)赡陮?duì)設(shè)備的承壓焊縫進(jìn)行無損檢測(cè)。所有的檢驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)結(jié)果,應(yīng)記入設(shè)備的技術(shù)擋案。
3)設(shè)備內(nèi)部有壓力時(shí). 不得進(jìn)行任何維修。對(duì)于特殊情況下的維修. 必須嚴(yán)格遵守"容規(guī)"第 122條的規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
4. 長(zhǎng)期停放時(shí)的維修保養(yǎng)
1)本設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期停放時(shí). 應(yīng)將設(shè)備內(nèi)液體排凈。
2)關(guān)閉所有閥門。
3)將設(shè)備表面*清理干凈。
4)所有轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部位涂防油脂。
5)用帆布將設(shè)各全部蓋上,防止塵垢沉積在設(shè)備表面。

FM gas filters have a large filtering component made of synthetical washable material which is fully removable for complete inspection and cleaning.
MADAS filters permits upstream pressure measurement through an appropriate standard connection.
