意爾創(chuàng)eltra值編碼器安裝注意事項(xiàng)
意爾創(chuàng)eltra編碼器由機(jī)械位置決定的每個(gè)位置是*的，它無(wú)需記憶，無(wú)需找參考點(diǎn)，而且不用一直計(jì)數(shù)，什么時(shí)候需要知道位置，什么時(shí)候就去讀取它的位置。這樣，編碼器的抗干擾特性、數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性大大提高了。
從單圈值編碼器到多圈值編碼器,旋轉(zhuǎn)單圈值編碼器，以轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)中測(cè)量光電碼盤各道刻線，以獲取*的編碼，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)超過(guò)360度時(shí)，編碼又回到原點(diǎn)，這樣就不符合編碼*的原則，這樣的編碼只能用于旋轉(zhuǎn)范圍360度以內(nèi)的測(cè)量，稱為單圈值編碼器。
意爾創(chuàng)eltra值編碼器的注意事項(xiàng):
1.值編碼器是精密儀器，勿敲擊或者撞擊，輕拿輕放，小心使用。
2.保證值編碼器電源在額定范圍內(nèi)，并做好隔離，防止電網(wǎng)內(nèi)大型起動(dòng)電氣對(duì)值編碼器產(chǎn)生沖擊。
3.在強(qiáng)電磁干擾的環(huán)境下，信號(hào)線使用線，如對(duì)絞雙屏蔽電纜。
值編碼器信號(hào)線應(yīng)做到良好接地：2米之內(nèi)的近距離，電纜里面的屏蔽網(wǎng)兩端均應(yīng)接地，較遠(yuǎn)距離，值編碼器金屬外殼接地，自帶電纜屏蔽網(wǎng)懸空，信號(hào)加長(zhǎng)電纜屏蔽網(wǎng)在信號(hào)接收端單端接地；若信號(hào)電纜較長(zhǎng)或在戶外使用時(shí)，應(yīng)將信號(hào)電纜套上金屬套管，并且金屬管兩端接地使用。
